1. Are your flavorings safe for baking and cooking?

Yes! All our flavorings are food-grade, water soluble, and specifically intended for use in food and beverage applications. They’re perfect for candy-making, baking, drinks, and more.

2. Can I use these flavors in Soaps and Scented Candles?

Absolutely. Just make sure to choose heat-stable flavors for high-temperature applications. Since we are primarily focused on food and beverage usage, you will have to do your own research for these types of uses. Most flavors are heat-stable, but not all. Usually the manufacturers site will have this information.

3. Can I use these flavors in chocolate or candy?

Absolutely. Many of our customers use them in homemade chocolate, hard candy, gummies, and lollipops. Just make sure to choose heat-stable flavors for high-temperature applications.

4. How concentrated are your flavors?

Our flavors are highly concentrated. You only need a small amount—typically between 0.1% and 1% of your total mix but can go higher, depending on the recipe and flavor strength. This process is always trial and error as taste is subjective. Often trying a smaller sample with a single drop will give a good idea of how much will be needed.

5. Do you offer vegan or allergen-free flavors?

Most of our flavors are vegan-friendly and free from common allergens, but always check each product page for full details. If you have specific needs, feel free to contact us before ordering.

6. Do you ship outside of Norway?

At this time, we serve customers within Europe.

7. What’s your return and refund policy?

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.

8. How should I store the flavorings?

Store all flavorings in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always keep bottles tightly sealed to maintain freshness.

9. My flavoring looks slightly different than before—why?

Small color or smell variations can occur between batches due to natural ingredient sourcing. This does not affect safety or performance. Some concentrates can go cloudy or form crystals, they can often be brought back to clear with a warm water bath. Concentrates do not really expire, but over time and with contact with air, they can lose some of thier aromatic characteristics.
